 Peckham Society and Event area

Peckham has become a vibrant area with lots of areas of life,  where youth and other people hang out in the center. One of the reasons why people visit Peckham is because of tendencies roof cafe with 360 views of London, located directly next to the train station, from the Terrence you can see all of London's skyscrapers which is especially pretty in the evenings.

Peckham has a few activity areas in the centre, including, video game cafes, pool clubs, cinemas, and nightclubs. The four quarters are the name of the video game cafe. This is a perfect area where people hang out, play video games, and have some drinks which helps keep kids off the streets

The are has a few sports areas, where people can stay fit to help with their wellbeing. There is the sports centre on Peckham High Street which has a swimming pool and gym. There is also a yoga class near the train station that offers classes to help with mental and physical health.

A key part of Peckham's culture is the wide range of cuisine. All over Rye Lane, there are many different restaurants from all over the world. This makes it a great place to come and visit to try out lots of different foods. When redesigning the cultural element is something that needs to be expressed more to hopefully help bring more people to the area. 

The reason why I analysis the society and event area is to help understand Peckham and to see where the important areas and key areas people come to visit.

Evaluating Socio Temporal in Peckham. Showing population density, the presence of civic institutions, and civil society response.

First, we defined the system, defined the threats, and identified the critical function. We did this by looking at population growth and ethnicity in the area. Establishing that the population is going to keep growing until there isn't enough space for everyone. We then used this information and wrote out all the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats with the socio temporal in Peckham. Together we research and found a few possible solutions for sorting out the population growth. This can be seen in the image below.
